Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking one or more qualified developers to acquire a City-owned property(formerly the location of Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research) and redevelop the property for commercial purposes. The property is a 6.09 acre site located in northwest Yonkers at 1086 North Broadway, (Block 3455, Lot 66) at the southeast corner of North Broadway and Executive Boulevard. Currently on the site is a vacant 60,000 square foot, 2-story building with a series of adjoining greenhouses.
