Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers, New York (hereinafter called the “City”) is seeking to secure an administrator for its Unemployment Insurance Claims process. The City is the fourth largest city in New York and the largest city in Westchester County. There are approximately 7,400 employees comprising the Yonkers City government, the Board of Education and the Yonkers Public Library System. The Professional Services Agreement resulting from this Request for Proposals shall commence on September 1, 2014 for a term of five (5) years.
