Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor furnish and deliver, as required, Model Year 2010 DewEze ATM72 LC-All Terrain slope mower, manufactured by Harper Industries, Inc. or equal to be used by the City of Yonkers Department of Parks, Recreation, and Conservation. As part of this bid, the City requires fair market value for the trade in of our 2002 DewEze All Terrain Mower Model ATM72 Serial # 02A34 with 1,012 hours of use. This unit shall be to the manufacturer’s latest top of the line design, highest quality. It shall be equipped with the manufacturer’s equipment and accessories which are included as standard in the advertised and published literature for the unit. No such item of equipment or accessories shall be removed or omitted for the reason that it was not specified in the bid. Entire unit shall be furnished and delivered ready for operation. Contract period shall be for 12-months and may be extended by mutual consent for an additional 12-months, at the same unit prices, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract. The intent of this bid is to purchase one unit after bid award and to have an option to purchase up to two (2) additional units during the 12-month contract term, at the same unit prices, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract.
