NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MASSEY STREET FIRE STATION ROOF
REPLACEMENT AND THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT in Watertown, New York,
will be received at Watertown City Hall, 245 Washington Street, Office of the Purchasing Manager, Room 205,
Watertown, New York, 13601, until 11:00 AM on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2017 at which time and place
they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project sites are located at the Massey Street Fire Station, 224 South Massey Street and the Water Treatment
Plant, 1701 Huntington Street in Watertown, NY. Project includes the removal and replacement of the existing
EPDM Roof System at the Massey Street Fire Station and the removal of the existing Asphalt Shingled Roof and
replaced with a new Standing Seam Metal Roof at the Water Treatment Plant. The successful contractor will be
required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and
incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. You may contact
