All Proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Friday, May 24, 2019 at times designated below, when each bid received will be opened and publicly read.

- Process Chemicals – Ferric Chloride – Pollution Control Plant 11:30 a.m., local time
- Disinfection Chemicals – Pollution Control Plant 11:45 a.m., local time
All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:
