Summary of Specifications:
The City of Watertown, New York, hereafter known as the City, is seeking sealed bids from qualified bidders for a franchise for the operation of the Municipal Arena Concessions. The City of Watertown intends to award a concession contract for a period beginning when the Arena becomes operational for events to August 31, 2017. In return for a sole-operator contract, the Concessionaire will pay the City a fee per contract period. Upon successful performance of this contract, the City may elect to extend the contract an addition one-year term.
