The City of Watertown, New York, hereafter known as the City, is seeking sealed bids from qualified HVAC Service Providers for City-owned Building HVAC Maintenance Services.
It is the intention of the City of Watertown to furnish Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Extra Work Order Services for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Equipment at any facility owned by the City of Watertown at established hourly rates, as well as specific City facilities as listed in this document. The bidder hereby agrees to furnish said services complete, all labor, equipment, parts, materials, manufacturer certifications, software licenses and software upgrades specified within.
Buildings specifically included in proposal with maintenance schedules are:
City Hall - 245 Washington Street
Flower Memorial Library – 229 Washington Street
Municipal Arena - 600 William T. Field Drive
This contract shall commence upon execution of this agreement, and terminate on September 15, 2020, with thirty (30) day option to cancel at any time after (1) year. The contract is renewable by the City, at its sole option, for two (2) periods of two (2) years.
