The City of Watertown, N.Y. is seeking sealed bids for the reconstruction of the Cooper Street Outfall and Harrison Street sewers, as per City specifications. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described, as per City specifications. All interested parties are to submit their bids to the City’s Purchasing Department, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington Street, Watertown, N.Y. no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, Monday, April 6, 2020, at which time all bids submitted will be publicly opened and read.
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked:
“2020-01 Cooper St Outfall & Harrison St Sewer Rehabilitation Project”
