LEGAL NOTICE 

  The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED bids for the purchase of a Process Chemicals – Water Treatment Plant, as per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 205, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read. 

All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked: 

“Bid 2015-08 – Process Chemicals – Water Treatment Plant”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids. No late bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
