The City of Troy, NY is solicting sealed bids to provide construction services for the Phase 2, Kinloch Park Improvements at Kinloch Park. Site improvements include drainage improvements, new play structure and swings, walkways for play area and basketball court access, new refurbished asphalt basketball court with court striping, repair of damaged chain link fabric on existing perimeter fence and landscapting.
