The City of Troy, NY is seeking sealed bids to provide construction services for the 112th Street Park Improvements. The base bid improvements include demolition of (2) two existing buildings structures, fence removals, repairs, replacements and additions, new concrete walkways, playground and play surface, a splash pad, site furnishing, landscaping and lighting improvements.
