The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, plant, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all site development work as required in the Contract. The site development work consists of, but is not limited to, installation of sanitary sewer infrastructure, storm drain infrastructure, irrigation system, landscaping; construction of sidewalks, curbs, pavements; and miscellaneous construction.
