Summary of Specifications:
Under this contract the Contractor shall supply and haul solid waste containers as described in the item specifications contained herein. The Contractor shall have a valid “CLASS A” solid waste permit issued by the Westchester County Solid Waste Commission. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and, in particular, comply with all provisions of the “Westchester County Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection Licensing Law.” The term of this contract shall be for TWO (2) YEARS.
