Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work for this project shall consist of: 1) The expansion and slit draining of three existing golf course greens on Holes #12, #14 and #18. Expansions shall be completed using imported soil mixtures and on-site nursery sod. 2) The reconstruction of the "castle" putting green (located adjacent to #18 green) and the Hole #16 tee complex, and all adjacent surrounds work. The alternate scope of work for this project shall include the construction of the short-game practice green located due west of Hole #12, and all adjacent surrounds work.
