Summary of Specifications:
Project includes the reconstruction of the Purchase Street and Smith Street intersection as well as the Purchase Street and Elm Place intersection. Work will include the removal of existing sidewalks and curbing, installation of new granite curbing. Additionally, the work will include new sidewalks, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, asphalt removal and replacement, new trees, street lighting, signage, crosswalks, bollards and other appurtenances. The intersection of Purchase Street and Smith Street will incorporate a raised intersection while the intersection of Purchase Street and Elm Place will incorporate intersection bump outs.
