The Work shall be substantially complete by October 1, 2017, completed, and ready for final payment by October 20, 2017. Work includes replacement of an existing damaged 18" reinforced concrete pipe/culvert crossing Kirby Lane. The replacement culvert will be an 18" diameter HDPE pipe, installed at invert elevations matching the existing culvert. Work also includes replacing the existing guiderail and site restoration including the replacement of the full depth asphalt section within the roadway, replacing any guiderail removed during construction with timber guiderail, and stabilizing any soils disturbed in association with the required excavation work
