It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for the purchase of Rubber Snow Plow Blades/ Cutting Edges Rubber shall have a minimum Tensile strength of 2400 psi. and be suitable for use in plowing municipal roadways. Blade holes shall be punched as specified when ordered.
