Description

The City of Rochester requests bids to establish a contract for photocopying and offset printing services for the Bureau of Communications and various other City departments. The intent of this contract is to obtain the services of a full service quick-print company to cover a myriad of printing, photocopying, door hanger die cutting jobs, and other tasks associated with these jobs which are either too small or require a fast turn-around time.

The City prefers a contractor who is located within a two mile radius of downtown Rochester to facilitate access and on-site communication with the contractor. Bidders outside this area may submit bids, however, they must be able to demonstrate a track record of providing timely service to customers within downtown Rochester, and understand that all pick-up and delivery costs must be borne by the contractor. The burden is on the bidder to demonstrate to the City’s satisfaction that rapid turnaround time for service would not be adversely affected by the bidder’s location.
