1.1 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract to perform HVAC-R maintenance and repair services for indoor/outdoor ice rink facilities using low temperature refrigerants (such as R-448A, R-449A, and R-22 substitutes), including various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City, or at any other facility as ordered by the City.
