Project Description

Estimate: $329,587.00

The scope of work consists of a roofing restoration for the City of Rochester's Central Vehicle Maintenance Facility (CVMF) Building 100 Low Roof totaling approximately 2,400 sq. ft. The project includes removing the existing roofing with existing insulation to remain. Provide and install a new EPDM roofing system and an additional layer of insulation for code compliance. Complete all associated work in the contract documents including removals and the removal and reinstallation of the existing lighting protection.
