The scope of work consists of renovations to the Campbell Street R-Center located at 524 Campbell St., Rochester, NY 14611. This project will proceed under (4) Lump Sum Contracts as follows:
General Construction
(Engineers Estimate $350,000.00) -
Including but not limited to Demolition, Site work, Structural, Gymnasium floor replacement, Gymnasium Window Replacement, Craft Room Renovations, Foundation Waterproofing, Gymnasium Doors and Exterior Gymnasium Painting (Alternate), etc.
Mechanical
(Engineers Estimate $175,000.00)-
Including but not limited to Demolition, AHU Replacement, Boiler Replacement, Kitchen Hood, etc.
Electrical
(Engineers Estimate $125,000.00)
Including but not limited to Demolition, 3 Phase electrical service replacement, misc. equipment tie-ins, etc.
Plumbing
(Engineers Estimate $40,000.00)
Including but not limited to Demolition, Roof drains, Exterior drains and tie-ins, misc. equipment connections, etc.
