. The 300 Block Main Streetscape Improvement Project includes the design and construction of streetscape and pedestrian safety enhancements from Academy Street to Clinton Street. More specifically, desired improvements feature regrading the street to a typical crowned cross section, drainage modifications to facilitate grading, sidewalk and bicycle facility improvements, pedestrian lighting enhancements, tree planting (as underground utilities allow) and landscaping, street furniture, trash receptacles, and other potential infrastructure improvements.
