The City of New Rochelle (“City”) is pleased to release this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) which seeks proposals from qualified Planning and Urban Design Consulting Firms (“Consultants”), interested in being included on a Qualified Service Provider List, capable of providing PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES. The Planning services may include, but not be limited to, comprehensive planning, environmental review pursuant to New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), transportation planning and design, urban design, economic development, housing and sustainability, waterfront planning, zoning code updates, planning of special zoning districts, and ongoing planning assistance and advisory services to City of New Rochelle.
