Remove and replace failed wood joists
 Remove and replace deteriorated wood floor planks
 Reset out-of-place wood planks
 Remove all vegetation growth on the existing building
 Remove all corrosion at bolts and apply zinc rich coating
 Provide wood blocking at unsupported wood joists
 Reset existing out-of-plumb wood rail posts
 Fill existing wood ramp post cross-section with epoxy
 Fill existing wood chord cross-section with epoxy
 Provide hot-dipped galvanized steel angles below bearing points where there is a gap in
members where noted
 Provide structural wood beams to support existing roof penetrations
 Underpin existing columns that are not fully bearing with wood cribbing
 Splice existing deteriorated wood girder
 Provide additional support at existing wood roof chords
