2025-29 - Workplace Culture Audit Services

The City of Albany seeks qualified professional firms to provide Auditing Services in furtherance of a five-year workplace culture audit. The goal of the audit is to evaluate the fairness, consistency, and transparency of City workforce management practices, including promotions, discipline and workplace culture, and to provide actionable recommendations that support a safe, fair, respectful, inclusive, productive and supportive workplace culture within the City of Albany. MWBE-Certified vendors are encourages to submit proposals.
