The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify and retain qualified entities to provide pre-employment background check and investigative services to the City of Albany. MWBE-Certified and SDVOB-certified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.

The City expects several of its Departments to use the ensuing contract(s) to complete pre-employment background checks and investigative services. The estimated number of pre-employment background checks will range from 100 to 150 annually.
