Description

The work in this section consists of construction for sidewalks, driveways, curbs andgutters. Construction of sidewalks, driveways and detectable warnings on pedestrian facilities shall be in accordance with the applicable requirements of NYSDOT Section 608, and as directed by the Owner. Construction of both curbs, and curbs and gutters shall be in accordance with the applicable requirements of NYSDOT Section 608, and as directed by the Owner. Work includes all associated work including site preparation, tree and stump removal, site clean-up and restoration. References made herein to the Owner, County, City, CUSA (Central Urban Service Area) or “Engineer” shall refer to equivalent municipal agent.
