Description

It is the intent of the City of Elmira to PURCHASE ONE (1) 2025 NEW-UNUSED ARTICULATED TANDEM
ROLLER meeting the specifications set forth herein. The City of Elmira intends to award the responsible
bidder for which they have provided the lowest responsive unit bid price that meets bid specifications. This
equipment shall include all of the manufacturer’s standard options as well as any additional options to meet
the intended use of the equipment and these specifications.
The Technical Specifications are based on a NEW-UNUSED 2025 HAMM HD 14i VV Tandem Roller with
Two Vibration Drums. The specifications are not intended to exclude any product, manufacturer, or vendor,
but to describe the minimum quality and operational requirements. Equipment which meets or exceeds the
minimum specifications and provide equivalent functions will be considered.
