RFB-2834 - RFB-2834 Electrical Installation for Security system Upgrade-Chemung County Jail

Chemung County (hereinafter referred to as “the County”) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to perform installation and related work associated with the upgrade and integration of facility security systems, including WatchTour wireless access points, access control hardware, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.
This project involves the replacement and modernization of existing security system components at County-operated facilities. Work will include removal of legacy equipment, installation of new IP-based systems, structured cabling, and testing in coordination with the County’s designated security system integrator, Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp.
The goal of this project is to provide a fully operational, integrated security system compliant with current County, State, and Federal standards, ensuring enhanced safety, monitoring, and operational reliability
