It is the intent of the City of Elmira to PURCHASE ONE (1) 2024 OR NEWER/UNUSED PAVER meeting the specifications set forth herein. The City of Elmira intends to award any responsible bidder for which they have provided the lowest responsive unit bid price. This equipment shall include all the manufacturer’s standard equipment as well as any required items to meet the intended use of the
equipment and these specifications. The Technical Specifications are based on a NEW/UNUSED 2024 LEEBOY 8530 PAVER. The specifications are not intended to exclude any product, manufacturer, or vendor, but to describe the minimum quality and operational requirements. Equipment which meets or exceeds the minimum specifications and provide equivalent functions will be considered.
