RFB-2583 - Medium & Heavy Duty Vehicle Repair Parts

The purpose of this contact is to provide Chemung County agencies, departments and political subdivisions with a means of acquiring medium and heavy duty vehicle and equipment
replacement parts which are purchased repetitively. The categories of parts required are specified on the Form for Submission of Bid. This will be a MULIT-VENDOR contract award. Chemung County
Departments and political sub-divisions of Chemung County shall consider that there could be more than one source for the products they require and shall seek the best value purchase most appropriate for their needs. Users should be able to document their choice and maintain justification for the Procurement Record to support both the selection of the vendor and the reasonableness of the price to be paid. Contracts resulting from this bid solicitation are non-exclusive. Bidders may submit bids only for those products for which they are an authorized dealer or distributor.
