Extra Heavy Rip-Rap: Shall consist of stones at least eighty percent (80%), by weight, weighing in excess of 5000-lbs each, and the remainder of the stones shall weigh from 1500-
lbs to 5000-lbs each. The thickness of the stones shall be from 18 to 24-inches. (NYSDOT 620.06010002)
