Summary of Specifications:
The Broome County Department of Social Services (BCDSS) is seeking proposals from Eligible Organizations for the delivery of services to treat victims of sexual abuse and their families. All services will be provided in Broome County. In 2015, BCDSS allocated $461,050 for the Sexual Abuse Program. BCDSS is looking for the best value and quality service through this contract. We are also seeking proposals that maximize the use of OMH licensed outpatient clinics for ongoing services that meet admission criteria for these clinics.
