Summary of Specifications:
Bids shall be received for the services of one SEWER AND DRAIN CLEANING CONTRACTING FIRM to perform various work as directed by the various County Departments, under the supervision of designated Broome County employees, on an AS NEEDED basis. The County will provide the Contractor with twenty-four (24) hour (nonemergency)notice of its requirements. Short notice (1-hour) emergency requirements are also included for special occasions as the County finds necessary.
