Summary of Specifications:
BCMHD is seeking proposals from 501c3 non-profit agencies that are currently based in Broome County. The agencies must also currently operate programs funded and/or licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).

Applicants must provide information showing that they have been approved to provide services under the NYS Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver for Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) eligible individuals.
