Sealed bids for Broome County Land Bank Corporation – Renovations + Reconstruction (224 Marion Street– Vestal, NY 13850), in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Bid Bonds, Site Visitation Requirements and Drawings will be received by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, - until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, December 07, 2023 when they will be publicly opened and read, for the following project:

The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work includes: selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements. Exterior improvements include: roofing, siding, gutters, downspouts, stairs, railings, window and door replacements, wood-framed deck. Interior improvements include: kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation(s), and interior finishes (Hardwood floor refinishing, new LVT flooring, trim, drywall and painting). HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades are also included.
