Attached is a copy of a Request for Qualifications for Strategic Planning Services for the Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC” or “Land Bank”). These services are being solicited at this time to assist the Land Bank with developing a new strategic plan to guide organizational priorities. The Land Bank is seeking the development of a multiyear plan that is in line with the organization’s mission and will outline their goals and objectives for the future. The scope of services includes conducting assessments on Land Bank operations and capital projects to serve as a baseline for developing a plan for improvement. The Land Bank is seeking services from individuals and/or firms with a strong understanding of the Land Bank’s mission and values. Individuals and/or firms that have experience working with other New York based Land Banks or similar organizations are encouraged to respond. The Land Bank is budgeting approximately $10,000 for this professional service.
The submission requirements and deadline for this Request for Qualifications are included in the attached document. The Land Bank will award one contract as a result of this solicitation and reserves the right to terminate such contract at any point during the period.
