            1. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.
            2. Project Identification: 34 Andrews Avenue, Binghamton
               1. Project Location: 34 Andrews Avenue, Binghamton, New York 13904.
            3. Owner: Broome County Land Bank Corporation
               1. Owner's Representative: Ms. Jessica Haas, Executive Director.
            4. Architect: Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC.
               1. Architect’s Representative: Ms. Jamie Berkeley-Hartjen, R.A.
            5. Construction Manager: Construction Management Associates
               1. Construction Manager’s Representative: Ms. Sheila Neville
            6. Project Description: Project consists of:
               1. Selective demolition
               2. Building Insulation
               3. Window replacement
               4. Roof replacement
               5. Kitchen and Bathroom remodel
               6. Electrical upgrades
               7. New mechanical equipment
            7. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
               1. General Construction Contract
         2. BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING
            1. Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
               1. Bid Date: Thursday, March 14, 2024.
               2. Bid Time: 2:00 pm, local time.
               3. Location: 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901.
            2. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
         3. BID SECURITY- NONE
         4. PREBID MEETING
            1. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the site on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 1:00 pm, local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.
         5. DOCUMENTS
      1. Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain copy of said documents by contacting the owner directly.
         6. TIME OF COMPLETION
            1. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
         7. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS
            1. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
