The Project is generally described as; demolition of various existing fixtures; installation of owner-furnished equipment; installation of contractor-furnished items including, but not limited to piping, fittings, duct banks, and wiring; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. Unless specifically listed as owner- furnished, all materials shall be contractor-furnished.
