Summary of Specifications:
The Board of Education of the Brewster Central School District of the Town of Southeast (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) is seeking Proposals for Real Estate Brokerage Advisor Services and Real Estate Appraisal Services.

Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Brewster Central School District office, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened.
