Bus Parts 2022-2024 - Bluebird and International School Bus Parts

The Brewster Central School District is requesting bids for 
    BLUEBIRD and INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BUS PARTS - TERM 2022-2024
Enclosed you will find the entire BID Package for your review and use in responding to this bid request.
In order for your bid to be accepted, you are required to return to us the following documents identified below in this cover letter and contained within the packet.
BID PACKET CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
•   Letter of introduction and Announcement (this page) - do not return
•   General Conditions • 11 pages and Non Collusive Bidding Certification-2 pages
o Must be filled out & signed where indicated and each page should include company name and
      be initiated. Make a copy for your files and return the original 13 pages with the Bid.
•   Bid on each individual unit and/or all units.
o Each unit contains a "Basket of Parts." Bid your discount percentage on the line provided and the exact dollar amount of each/every part listed. YOU MUST BID BOTH THE PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT AND THE "BASKET OF PARTS."
o The combination and comparison of the percentage discount and individual part prices requested constitutes the lowest bidder.
o    Return 3 pages, signed by Company bidder
• Award will be to the lowest responsible bidder of each unit.
•    Total pages being returned are 16 pages
Any questions regarding these specifications and the bid submission prior to bid opening date are to  be directed to the undersigned. 
Bids will be received through  10:00 AM at  www.bidnetdirect.com on the 10th day of June 2022. By the office of the Supervisor of Transportation at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened.
