Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received at the Business Office of the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School in Berne, New York, until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, the 8th day of November, 2004 for a new telecommunications system. Specifications and bid forms will be available on October 7, 2004 at the Business Office of the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School in Berne, New York. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or to reject any bid which fails to meet specifications.
