The Bedford Central School District (hereinafter the “District”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the selection of one or more qualified employee health plan advisory/consulting firm(s) to act as the District’s health plan advisor and perform consulting services with respect to the District’s health plans. The District expects such advisory and consulting services to consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, review, analysis, and audits of the District’s current health plans, oversight of any contract renewals related to the health plans, program evaluation and development, assistance with employee communications, and analysis of related legislative and regulatory requirements affecting the health plans.
