The purpose RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified companies to provide a Residence Life Software Package as described in the Scope of Work provided later in this document. Alfred University requests that all bidders submit proposals as defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing straight forward, concise descriptions of provider capabilities that satisfy the requirements of the request. Emphasis should be placed on completeness and clarity of content. Unless otherwise stated, all proposals must remain valid for a period of 90 days from submission.
