The APDC is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of both a Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant and Fire Pump House (2-part bid) at the Port of Albany’s Beacon Island Expansion site located at 340 River Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077. Qualified vendors are encouraged to bid on each project separately, or both as a combined proposal. Responses are due by 12:00 PM noon on Wednesday December 3, 2025, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
