Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Sewer District is requesting bids for the Supervisory Control Data Acquisition Improvement and Upgrade. There will be a pre-bid conference on Thursday, February 26, 2004 at 10:00A.M. at The Albany County Sewer District North Plant, 1 Canal Road, Menands NY, 12204. This is the only scheduled conference all interested bidders are urged to attend. Drawings and specifications must be picked up at 112 State Street, Purchasing Division, Room 940, Albany, NY 12207. A $100 deposit is required for the drawings and specifications. Checks shall be made payable to The Albany County Director of Finance. The $100 deposit will be returned to those bidders and non-bidders who return the bidding documents, unmarked and in good condition within 30 days of the bid opening.
