RFP-2010-001 - Purchase & Installation of a Complete Turnkey LED Video Package

Summary of Specifications:
The following Request for Proposal represents the minimum requirements to furnish a complete turnkey LED video package for the Times Union Center in Albany, NY. The Contractor will provide the Work described in the Contract Documents on a 'turnkey basis'. Work covered by this Agreement includes, unless otherwise indicated, the manufacture, supply, delivery, labor and testing of all equipment and materials necessary to operate all video displays as described in Contract Documents, and more particularly in the specifications to the Agreement. The Contractor must also have a direct service employee or certified contractor capable of providing on site maintenance response with-in 8 hours of a call for service. Bidders responding to this RFP must provide pricing for a complete turnkey installation, including pricing for the provision and installation of all items necessary to provide a finished and fully operational system. Materials or equipment required for the provision and installation of such a system, not expressly addressed in this RFP, is understood to be the responsibility of the Proposer.
