Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Prevention Services for an Evening Reporting Center(s), Aftercare Services and Truancy Prevention Services as requested by Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families. Albany County is requesting proposals to provide a variety of programming with a focus on either preventing children from entering foster care or shortening their stay if placed in care. Children enter care either as a result of abuse, or neglect or are remanded to detention due to behavioral issues and may then be subsequently placed after detention.
