Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Sewer District is requesting bids for North Plant Ash Lagoon Cleaning. A five percent (5%) Bid Security and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required. Bid Security shall be included with bid at the time of bid opening or bid shall be rejected as materially incomplete. There will be a pre-bid conference on Thursday, April 6, 2006 at 10:00 A.M., at The Albany County Sewer District's North Plant located on Canal Road South, Menands, New York 12204. This is the only scheduled conference. Interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
