The Albany County Sewer District owns and operates a wastewater treatment plant designated the North Wastewater Treatment Plant located on Canal Road in the Village of Menands, New York 12204. This facility operates a ten (10) hearth, BSP Envirotech Incinerator with a hearth diameter of twenty-two feet (22’) two and thirteen sixteenths inches(2 13/16”). This bid covers the demolition and replacement of one (1) out hearth (hearth #2) and other miscellaneous repairs.
